Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your fashion pieces back into their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund.
